Curator notes
Rider David Moss posted a 14-minute video on 5 Oct 2026. The driverless Cybercab could not find its way out of the pickup lot in Austin and looped for about 7 minutes; Tesla support stopped it remotely and took another 7 minutes to restart FSD. No crash or injury, and Moss himself called it an 'interesting edge case'. Tesla has not commented. Paid Cybercab rides in Austin started in early September 2026.
