Curator notes
A human driver clears the vehicle between fares by looking. The agent's readiness check did not model 'is there a person in the cargo area', so it accepted the next trip and drove off with him inside — and the man could not open it from within. Cheap to dismiss as absurd; it is a plain state-verification gap in a system with no operator present to notice anything unmodelled. AI Incident Database incident 1337.
